HOW IT WORKS
1.We pick three of our current favourite wines - what we want to drink the most or super cool exclusives. It's what we would pour you if you came to our place for a drink!
2. We give you our notes on the wine: why we think it's amazing, what makes it so special, where and when to drink it as well as what to pair with it... chef inspired (wink wink)
3. Once a month you pay $79++ charged to your card on file
4. You --or your super lucky gift recipient-- get ALL the Subscriber Benefits!
THE BENEFITS Detailed notes and information on each wine... written by us of course, a complimentary tasting on pick up of a super cool wine (COVID dependent) and 10% discount on any other wine purchases made while picking up your VINOCULTURE subscription! Benefit Restrictions & Requirements Members will be asked to show ID upon pickup of wines and when purchasing wines. (Please remind us that you are an active member each time you shop with us!)
VINOCULTURE Member discount 10% off applies to all bottles of wine purchased at time of subscription pickup. Subscription Pickups Members are asked to pick up each subscription on the last Monday of the month from 2pm-6pm. If you are unable to pick up at this time, please email us to designate another pickup person or another time. Due to space limitations, we are unable to store membership wines for more than one month; any wines left longer than the following month are subject to restocking without refund. If you are delinquent, you will be notified by email (at the email address you provided with your subscription) one week before your wines are restocked. Payment Information Once your 1st subscription payment is made your payment information is kept secure at all times. We charge memberships on the 20th of each month for the current month's active subscription; you will receive an emailed receipt for the payment at your email address on file. You will also receive an email reminder about the pickup party (always the last Monday of the month). To keep your payment information up to date, please call or email us with new card information by the 10th of the current month. If we are unable to charge the card on file, you will receive a message from us requesting that you update your payment information.
